Captain Bronwyn's Observations:
Fun Fact: The USCG Cutter Duane was built in 1936 at Naval Yard in Philadelphia. The ship is 327 feet long and was one of seven Treasury class cutters. These vessels were all named after Secretaries of the treasury. The Duane was third in the series to be built and was named after the 11th Secretary of the Treasury, William J.
