    Hey everyone! My name is Kailey and I am from the Metro Detroit area in Michigan. I am a recent graduate of the University of Michigan (Go Blue!!) where I earned a Bachelors of Science degree in biology and oceanography. I've always loved the water, growing up swimming in lakes and pools, but have always loved the ocean and am very interested in marine biology and conservation! My hobbies include hiking, reading, crochet, spending time with my family and friends, and of course, scuba diving!! I recently started diving in 2025 on Andros Island in the Bahamas, and absolutely fell in love with the sport. I saw the opportunity to work for Rainbow Reef and knew that it was for me!
