Thank you to all of our past, present and future customers for your support and interest in Rainbow Reef and how we are doing.
We've been looking forward to getting back out on the water with our customers and friends for some great diving! That day has finally arrived!
Monroe County is currently in Florida's Full Phase 1 of reopening
On June 1st, the Florida Keys is reopening for visitors!
Let's Go DIVING!
As of May 22nd, we reopened our doors for Monroe County residents, and our reservations office is open from 8am to 8pm and standing by to take your reservations for June 1st and beyond. Call, email or contact us on social media now!
We also want to let you know that we have spent a lot of time during this lockdown period figuring out the best way to take everyone diving safely in this temporary but "new normal".
We will be releasing several videos on memorial day weekend demonstrating our procedures and plans to keep both our customers and crew healthy during these challenging times. Look for them on our social media outlets and our website.
Here is the first of those videos:
Some additional changes we are making that you can see demonstrated in the video releases on Memorial Day weekend:
Reducing the number of divers on each boat
Cleaning the boats and tanks between every trip
Crew will wear masks and use gloves
Sign releases on your own device
Check in process as touch-less as possible
Hand sanitizers in all buildings
Rental gear is sanitized, dried, and rotated so it only rented to 1 customer per day
No more than 4 in each recreational class
Boarding procedures to maximize social distancing
Gear up and water entry procedures to maximize social distancing
Fresh water gear rinse and no community rinse tanks
The goal is to be better than ever by the time we can take our customers diving again.
So give us a call, say hello on our social media, or send us an email. We are here getting ready for you and can’t wait to go diving with you on June 1st. Until then stay safe, stay healthy, and best of luck to you and your families during these strange times.
