The Horseshoe is a small system of coral heads located in the middle-grounds just NE of the more well known Key Largo Dry Rocks area. A very shallow area, but due to the shallow depth the colors are amazing and it's a great place for photography.

One of the best features of the Horse shoe is the easy navigation, and it has quite a few swim through areas where you can pass through or under the reef with ease.

It's shallow water also makes it a good place if you are a diver who might have some snorkelers in tow, they will enjoy themselves too because some sections of the reef reach to just within a few feet of the surface.
